場館介紹

體適能中心須穿著運動服裝,乾淨運動鞋以及毛巾(一般長條狀),方可入場。

場內設有:

  • 身體組成分析量測系統,供會員定期紀錄身體組成。
  • 有氧器材:跑步機、階梯機、划船機、划步機、心肺交叉訓練機、腳踏車等(可能視器材狀況調整)。
  • 重訓器材:胸部推舉機、肩部推舉機、臥推蹲舉架X2、史密斯訓練機、二頭彎舉架、雙向蝴蝶機、夾胸機、背部伸展機、腰部旋轉訓練機、腿部推舉機、單雙槓重量輔助機、多功能Cable機、臀部內縮/外展訓練機、伸展機、羅馬尼亞訓練椅、俯臥屈腿訓練機、腿伸展機、滑輪下拉機、硬舉專用區、舉重槓、槓片、2~40公斤啞鈴(可能視器材狀況調整)。
  • 開放式&投幣式置物櫃
  • 飲水機置於壁球室

注意事項

  1. 凡使用本中心健身房場地之個人或團體,均應遵守本中心相關管理規定。
  2. 禁止本中心教學課程以外之教學或訓練行為。
  3. 使用健身房器材及設施必須穿著運動服裝及軟底運動鞋入場,禁止赤腳,穿拖鞋、皮鞋、高跟鞋、木屐或其他不適合場地使用規範之鞋類進入。
  4. 健身房內禁止吸菸、喝酒、吃檳榔及飲食(水及運動飲料除外)。
  5. 禁止攜帶自行車、滑步(板)車、寵物、雨具、違禁品、毒品、槍械及爆裂物等,進入健身房。
  6. 為維護個人安全,未滿15歲之青少年,請勿進入健身房使用。
  7. 身體不適、飯後1小時內及飲酒後請勿入場運動。
  8. 若患有不適合激烈運動之疾病(如心臟病、高血壓、氣喘等)或身體狀態(如懷孕)者,請先洽詢醫師評估身體狀況後斟酌使用。
  9. 使用重量訓練器材(如史密斯訓練機、單雙槓感訓練機等)請選擇合適重量,並相互輔助使用,請聽從健身房教練之指導,如發生身體不適之狀況,請停止使用,並尋求本中心人員協助。
  10. 使用器材如有任何操作及設定、壞或故障,請立即停止使用並通知本中心人員處理。
  11. 為維護使用安全及權益,器材使用完畢後請歸位,勿隨地擺放:離開跑步機時請按壓「停止鈕」,停止機器運轉。
  12. 私人物品請自行妥善保管或付費使用置物櫃,如有遺失自行負責。
  13. 未經本中心許可,禁止使用插座充電、拍攝、張貼、懸掛海報、旗幟及標語等。
  14. 健身器材設施應愛惜使用,如有故意破壞或損壞應照價賠償。
  15. 請避免使用鎂粉。
  16. 違反規定者,本中心人員可隨時禁止使用者行為,如經勸導無效,本中心得拒絕提供服務。

 

  1. All individuals or groups that use the gymnasium of the centershall abide by the relevant management regulations of the center.
  2. It is forbidden to conduct teaching or training instead of theteaching courses of this center.
  3. To use gym equipment and facilities, you must wear sportswear andsoft-soled sports shoes to enter the venue. Barefoot, slippers, leather shoes, high heels, clogs or other footwear that are not suitable for the use of the venue are prohibited.
  4. Smoking, drinking, eating betel nut and eating (except water andsports drinks) are prohibited in the gym.
  5. It is forbidden to bring bicycles, sliding (board) cars, pets, rain gear, contraband, drugs, firearms and explosives into the gym.
  6. In order to maintain personal safety, people under the age of 15 are not allowed to enter the gym.
  7. If you feel unwell, do not enter for exercise with 1 hour after eating or after drinking alcohol.
  8. If you have a disease (such as heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, etc.) or physical condition (such as pregnancy) that is not suitable for intense exercise, please consult your doctor first and then exercise accordingly.
  9. While using weight training equipment (such as Smith training machine, single parallel bar training machine, etc.), please select the appropriate weight, and accompany with mutual assistance, please follow the guidance of the gym instructor. If you feel unwell, please stop using it. And seek for the assistance of our staff.
  10. If there is any operation and setting, broken or malfunction of the equipment used, please stop using it immediately and notify the staff to deal with it.
  11. In order to maintain the safety and rights of use, please return the material after use, do not place it elsewhere. Please press “Stop button” when you leave the treadmill to stop the machine.
  12. Please keep your personal belongings properly or use the locker for a fee.
  13. Without the permission of the center, it is prohibited to use sockets for charging, shooting, posting, hanging posters, flags and slogans, etc.
  14. Fitness equipment and facilities should be used wisely, and if there is deliberate damage or damage, compensation should be made at the price.
  15. Please avoid using magnesium powder.
  16. Violators can be prohibited user behavior by center personnel atany time.
  17. If persuasion is invalid, the center may refuse to provide services.
